There is a tree on Ancestry which includes a Sukey Wilkins b 1798 Surrey

Sukie, English pet form of Susan, very common in the 18th century, but now rare.

It’s a witness on a marriage certificate 1790 Tisbury Wiltshire. Very odd

It is Sukey. I'm a Susan and used to get called Sukey when I was young.
