I cant seem to find any millitary records of Harry Dray 1920-2010. he was in the signals and worked in communications in the Tanks?

There are very few UK WW2 records available online. His army service records will still be held by the MoD. You can apply for a copy (30 and a long wait): https://www.gov.uk/get-copy-military-service-records/apply-for-someone-elses-records
