looks to be Llanfihangel Rhos y Corn

https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/CMN/LlanfihangelRhos-y-Corn

couple of possible Evans around the time in that parish

12 Jan 1801 Evan, son of David John & wife Catherine of Nant y Castell

if patronymic naming, 12 June 1803 Evan, son of John Lewis & wife Mary

or could be non-conformist and may not be online.

Many thanks for that
I have also found a baptism for Evan son of Evan and Margaret Jones 22 Jan 1804 but in Llanpumsaint is that too far out? My Evan's first child was Margaret which is why this one caught my eye

bit too far away I think and also not what he says on census

https://www.genuki.org.uk/node/27244/countymap

The parish entry for that baptism shows Evan to be the reputed son of Evan Jones & Margaret Griffiths

great so at least that's one out of the way many thanks. That is a great map too I've bookmarked it.
Oh dear I thought Evan Jones was going to be the easiest of the Welsh line William Davies from Narberth son of Benjamin is proving to be a nightmare too.

I've got non-conformists in Pembrokeshire with common surnames which means I can't be sure of anything before 1800. Possibly why I spend so much time on here...
