Birth cert from 1938?
« on: Thursday 12 November 20 13:14 GMT (UK) »
Apologies for daft question. I want to order a birth certificate for a person now deceased who was born in 1938. I went to do this on GRO and they don't have that date range. Is there any other way of ordering it please? I know the birth exists but want to know the addresses of the parents when they registered it in order to try to solve a mystery.

That's fine Nic, no need to apologise if the light bulb went off in your head  ;D

I assume you found the reference from either freebmd or one of the other websites.
