Looking at your family tree you have lots of information.  So that people don’t waste their time looking for information you already have, let us know what you are now looking for.

I was going to mention that Peter Lenighan seems to have had a brief marriage to Mary Agnes Currie, married 1894 and she died 1896.....both registered in Prescot.....someone else has mentioned it in another post.

I am looking for more information on both peter Lenighan and Catherine Carr anything like  parents Grandparents. I have them both on 1901 Census Then on the 1911 census with 4 Children, I have nothing im sure of before that for either side, I think Catherine's mother was Mary Doyle, I also came across another Catherine said to be Peters daughter i assumed was from his first marriage but now I'm thinking that's not correct as Mary died in 1896 this Catherine birth was said to be 1900, so I'm assuming that record is wrong!  Thank you

If you obtain the marriage certificate for Peter Lenighan and Catherine Carr you will at least obtain fathers' names and occupations - which will help identify the correct births.

I note you have said they married on 1 Oct 1900 - but I'm not sure how you know the exact date.

Their official record on the Civil Registration Register is.

Registration District; Prescot
Q/E; Dec 1900
Vol No; 8b
Page no; 1233

This is the information you would need to order the marriage cert from the General register office, You would need to register first if you haven't done so previously.

Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.
