I have an enumeration code and am trying to find the street name it refers to.  Can anyone help?

In order to assist we would need to know which census it refers to and what the code is.  Are you perhaps referring to the 1939 Register?
Ashford: Somerset, London
England: Devon, London, New Zealand
Holdway: Wiltshire
Hooper: Bristol, Somerset
Knowling: Devon, London
Southcott: Devon, China
Strong: Wiltshire
Watson: Cambridgeshire
