First name. Can't read.

I can't read my ggggrandmother's first name.  Her surname is Hanley and her maiden name is Kelly I think.  ???
I'm clicking on 'choose file' to upload the pic but nothing is happening.  :'(

Well, if the file is available online  provide a URL for it.

All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

tI can't find any instructions on how to upload photos to a website. 
All instructions online are about uploading photos from a mobile phone, but first you have to transfer to a computer.

....and make sure that the file is less than 500kb, has a unique name for RC (just add your initials to the file name and date) and is a clip rather than the whole certificate.
