It could be Kiltrustan, but I don't see anything that resembles that among any of the previous versions on logainm.ie Roughly what year is the record from?

It's written as Hillchryston or possibly Killchryston. The registrar would have written down what he heard.

There were Farrells in Kiltrustan in the Tithe Applotments Books (1830s or so).

Shaun, it does look like an 'H' but it doesn't have the curly bit at the end that looks like an 'o' which all the other 'h's have so I think it's a K.

Dublin1850, it's from an 1855 birth record in Scotland.  I haven't got Ann's parents details.  They are left blank on her death entry.  All I have is her maiden name Farrell, her date of birth is going to be around 1819 give or take a year or 2.  I suspect 'Patrick' might be her father's name going by the Irish tradition of naming boys.  ???

Ooh that sounds promising.  ;)  on that birth record it says they married in 1845 but many of their dates vary by a year or two as time goes by.
