Photo Date? Donaghy - Belfast - 1900s?

Apologies for the poor quality photograph, some people just dont know how to take a good one!

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on date or location? Family is from Belfast, but the story goes that the photo was taken on the Isle of Man, although I'm not convinced as they had very little money.

I would say this was Edwardian but can't help with location. Can you post a scan of the back please.
