Quick Q, what country was Bernard in?

I don't have access to that site atm.

The familysearch site is free but you have to register.

The census is for Cumberland, England.

The births in Cockermouth with the Kinsella MMN are for a James McGivern who married an Elizabeth Kinsella, 1881, Whitehaven. John James, 1885 & a Mary Elizabeth, 1887 were both registered as their children. However, John J was certainly living with Michael in Annan, 1891.

Edit

That McGivern family moved to Liverpool incl a John j. but have not been able to find your John J's birth so far.

Ann McGivern death, Belfast, 1913, age 75

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1913/05321/4480926.pdf

Think that's the wrong death- Belfast one is for an Ann Jane McGivern widow of Michael (a dealer)

It's likely that Ann (Morgan) McGivern, widow of Laurence, died after 1921 (Irish Geneaolgy only goes up to 1921 for N.I. counties and you need to search GRONI's database)

Ann McGivern died in Drumreagh, Co Down on the 21 Jan 1922 at the age of 81. The informant was her DIL Susan McGivern. Susan was married to her son James  :)
