I'm not sure if the following adds anything to help!

Caledonian Mercury 09 November 1795 page 4

This is a long article on the upcoming sale of the Lands and Estate of BARNHILL, comprised of "the Lands of WOODEND of KINNOUL and Lands of MUIRHALL, lying within the the parifh of Kinnoul and county of Perth.
These lands are beautifully fituated on the north fide of the River Tay, oppofite the town of Perth.  They hold of the Crown, and are rated in the valutaion books of the county at upwards of (600l?).Scots"

The article goes on to say how they would be sold if not sold as one complete bundle. I will just include the part about Woodend :

"The Farm of WOODEND, as poffeffed by Mr Moncrieff, marked and tinted with yellow on the foredfaid plan, extending to about 117 Scots acres, whereof nearly 40 acres are planted with wood of different ages.-----Part of thefe lands are in leafe to Mr Moncrieff, at the yearly rent o L. 50 0 0
Another part about 21 1/2 acres, marked on the plan as cleared of wood, an for which Mr Moncrieff has offered 1l. Sterling of yearly rent, per acre -- 21 10 0
And that part in wood, and the portion of land poffeffed by Daniel Fergufon, woodcutter, are out of leafe.
The beauty and picturefque fituation of this lot is very confpicuous.  The lands are of excellent quality, fine expofure, and well watered; and from their vicinity to the town of Perth, might be feued out, or built upon to great advantage."
