Medal Card Translation please ?

Is it possible to Translate what the H reference on the Medal Card might mean please?

lt is the reference number of the medal award roll on which his two medals are entered.

The roll can be seen on Ancestry but gives in his case little more information than you have on the card except that he serve with 1/5th King's (Liverpool).
