So we need to find a marriage for an Arthur Frost with a father John William.

Where do you have Arthur in 1911 and 1939, could you please give details from both entries
Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

You could get the will (only 1.50)
Seem to be school records for the Frost children, Rhuddlan National School, including Arthur, born 1896.

Assuming that the 1901 census is the correct entry:

Arthur Frost - birth registered Dorchester RD - September q 1896 - mmn = Dean

Winifred Frost - birth registered Dorchester RD - December q 1900 - mmn = Dean
Isabel Frost - birth registered Dorchester RD - December q 1900 - mmn = Dean

Marriage - June quarter 1888 - Farnham RD - John William Frost and Mary Dean appear on the same page.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Several of the Frosts married at Rhuddlan, Arthur not among them.
There is a Frost birth registered in Dec 1939, St Asaph, mother Rogers.
Could that be connected? :-\
A marriage, is it worth investigating?
Sep 1936 Hawarden 11b 445
Frost, Arthur - spouse Rogers
Rogers, Dorothy J. - spouse Frost

Image for the 1888 marriage is available on Ancestry:

9 June 1888 - St Michael the Archangel, Aldershot

John William Frost - full age, widower, Soldier 1st R Dragoons.  Father:  John, Labourer
Mary Dean - full age, spinster.  Father:  Benjamin, deceased.

Wild speculation, a birth
Dec 1907  Hawarden 11b 208
Rogers, Dorothy Jane
mother Jones

1911 free index, she is niece, age 3
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7J2-H42

Possible sister Elizabeth Annie, June 1910, Hawarden.
Is she the Elizabeth A Rogers who married John Iball in 1932, also at Bistre, Emmanuel?
Death, March 2004, Denbighshire North, Elizabeth Annie Iball, born 28 May 1910.

There is a death of a Dorothy Jane Frost, Sep qtr 1970, Stockport, born 2 Oct 1907
Haven't found her in the free index to 1939
Don't know of course if it is the same person.
Potential school records for Dorothy Rogers, b. 1907, Buckley/Bistre Infants? :-\ Would probably give date of birth.
