I am so stupid should have said his son was Henry Smith born 1853 Portsea Hampshire wife Ellen Tyer. I am looking for wife of Henry Smith born 1820 Southampton. I have other records of descendants I was looking for ancestors. Perhaps 1861 Census Hampshire.

Thank you, I believe occupation was shop keeper.

There are a few Henry Smith born Portsea options in 1861 census but not with a father Henry.

One has father John.
One has father Thomas.
One has a mother Mary but he looks to be Henry Brushwood Smith.

One Henry is in the Portsea workhouse. 

Possible your Henry made a father up but can't be sure.  Any more info from the marriage like residence at the time and witness names.
