For full transcripts, I usually try either Durham Records Online ( free to search, but pay per view, or a yearly sub to see the full transcript for an entry). This link shows what they have in the database.
https://www.durhamrecordsonline.com/Parish_Record_Info.phpor Free Reg, as it says in the title that is free, and like the above site the full entry is transcribed.
You can look to see what coverage they have here for each county:
https://www.freereg.org.uk/freereg_contents/new?locale=enFamily Search may have an index entry for the parishes you are interested in but they only include barebones info, often just the names of the parties concerned.
As far as I am aware there isn't any one site that will have transcribed all years for all parishes in the Diocese.
Do bear in mind though that, as you say, old documents are sometimes difficult to read. As such helpful though transcriptions are its always a good idea to view the original document if possible to be sure the transcription is correct.
I did a fair bit of transcribing for Northumberland FreeReg, mostly from the BTs I do understand that faded, scribbled pages with old fashioned writing can be challenging, but stick with it and they do become easier to read once you get used to them :-)
If you need help with deciphering what you see on the BTs , post a query with a link to the image and someone will help you to decipher what you are stuck with.
