This looks like his death in 1872:

He lived in Derryhollagh which is a townland just outside Randalstown.

Can’t say who the person present was. It could be a wife, daughter or daughter in law perhaps. Can’t see a death for his wife anytime post 1872. I would say he did marry comparatively late since he had 2 other daughters who married in the 1860s. But the marriage looks to have been before 1845 as I don’t see any marriage for him in the statutory records (which start in April 1845). And he might have married twice of course.

Looks like 2 of Sarah’s sisters marrying. They were living in Aghaloughan then which is beside Derryhollagh:

Malcom family church looks to be Randalstown 2nd Presbyterian. Their baptism records start in 1850. (Copy in PRONI). So you may get Sarah’s baptism there, which would give you her mother’s name.

Sarah Malcom's residence was (as Elwyn noted) Derryhollough (sic).
Derryhollagh townland in the Civil Parish of Duneane.

Here's Mary Anne's second marriage to Alexander Rainey in 1893. Note her father's name.

Oh wow, I thought we had got them all.

I can not find any baptism, at present.
I have gone looking for the farthers burial.

But is stated he's married at the time of death  does that mean his wife was still alive?
The death stated Mary Anne
