Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Nita Pope is on the ER's for 130 Wellington Street in 1914/1915, but she lives in West Cults

Ah Nita Pope.

Have Juanita Pope and Jeanetta Pope - Same person on various references

Married David Anderson Pope 1909, had 2 children and went to Canada in 1913

David was an Insurance Secretary, Jeanetta's father was an advocate

Must have been fairly well off, as 1911 census had two servants staying at the property.

I see a gravestone , only name missing is Margaret

I did wonder if she was the same as either of them, not that she was both.  Did not see her with a husband.  But you knew of her, so do you know of her full family background and any links to the Phillips?

Marriage is of David Anderson Pope to Jeanetta Marion Butchart at St Machar in 1909.
