Does anyone know why some of the entries on documents on this website

https://grandeguerre.icrc.org/

are circled with red pen, please?  Example attached.

Thanks

Just had a look and   it shows the red outline under
Details about the person

"Cards about the requests from the families

These cards were established in Geneva by the Prisoners of War International Agency. Each card for each person mentioned in the lists that the Agency received from the belligerents countries was established."

So maybe these mark when their family requested information

Leicestershire:Chamberlain, Dakin, Wilkinson, Moss, Cook, Welland, Dobson, Roper,Palfreman, Squires, Hames, Goddard, Topliss, Twells,Bacon.
Northamps:Sykes, Harris, Rice,Knowles.
Rutland:Clements, Dalby, Osbourne, Durance, Smith,Christian, Royce, Richardson,Oakham, Dewey,Newbold,Cox,Chamberlaine,Brow, Cooper, Bloodworth,Clarke
Durham/Yorks:Woodend, Watson,Parker, Dowser
Suffolk/Norfolk:Groom, Coleman, Kemp, Barnard, Alden,Blomfield,Smith,Howes,Knight,Kett,Fryston
Lincolnshire:Clements, Woodend

As the outline is in red and there's the word "Limburg" (or is it Linburg?) in red at the top, I wondered if that was the connection?

Limburg is the southernmost of the 12 provinces of the Netherlands, so maybe that is where the information was collected  before being housed in Geneva

I'm not seeing/finding "Details about the person".  Where should I be looking, please?
