The spouse is not still living.  It is definitely the family whose house Martha Stewart eventually bought. 

I am not sure what you mean by acknowledge?  Do you mean follow up on the request?

You requested information on Conrad--Pennsylvania (likely Hershey area) and never returned to acknowledge the research that was done on your behalf.
