Trouble signing into IGI

Is anyone else having trouble signing into their IGI aka FamilySearch account?

I have tried over the last couple of weeks and each time I start get told username or password are incorrect. (I know they are not) but still went through the reset user name and password, to be immediate told it was incorrect (again).  I had cut and pasted the new bits to make sure no typo errors.

Still can't get in so any ideas?

It was OK for me yesterday but the website isn't as easy to navigate as it was, it has changed so much over the years. I am very grateful to be able to use it though!

If it's not recognising your details, is it possible to 'join' again with those details?

I tried making a new account but that also got rejected on password and user name not matching. All very annoying

I've just signed in to this

and this

with no problems.

Add - the only thing I can suggest is to contact them  :-\

Try another browser that isn't IE or Edge.
