Looking for mother William Sandford

Does William Sandford get married?  I'm assuming that John is named as his father on the marriage certificate    Does that give any clues as to the correct family connection - occupations?

Isabella Jarmain, minor.  Father:  Joseph, Licenced Victualler

1851 census - HO107/1561 folio 68, page 1. 
William, Isabella and Jane aged 2 months.

Added:  Janes birth registration - March quarter 1851 in Bermondsey - confirms mmn = Jarmain.

Thank you. John living in lodging house age 60 I believe he died about 4 years later.

A transcription of the marriage on FindMyPast (from FS) says that John's father is William, and Elizabeth's is John.

William Sandford born 1829 Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire.
Lived in Newcastle Under Lyme 1841.
1844 his half brother James Sandford was born in Scotland
William Sandford married Isabella Jarmain 25/03/1850 he was age 21yrs.
Daughter Mary Ann born April 1851 London
1851 Living in Bermondsey Surrey
Birth of his half brother William 1854 Newcastle Upon Tyne William then 25yrs
