Video plays sideways

I have Firefox version 83

and Windows 7 Vista.

I've a short video clip in my Videos folder, originally from OH's Samsung phone.
When I play it, it plays on its side.

Any suggestions, please.

I think Vista included Win Movie Maker. Instructions here (you need to scroll down)

VLC is a free video player with excellent features. It works on all sorts of systems, so no problem on Vista, or even XP.
