Title of a military march

Hi, I hope this isn't an inappropriate request.  If it is, please delete it.  I would like to know the title of a military march, the notes of which, I have attached below.  I am hoping that someone who has played in a military band might recognise it.

I would just add that the tune quoted above doesn't appear until 1 minute 14 seconds into the track posted by arthurk above -- so don't give up
