Oops,  sorry I was hasty

I am not sure, but 2B may be Balkans or Gallipoli,  probably best to wait for the UK experts. I am in Australia.

See this link for an explanation of the theatre codes, which will vary slightly according to whether the soldier's initial disembarkation in a theatre of war was up to or after 31 December 1915. As surmised 2B is the code for Gallipoli and the Aegean Islands/Gallipoli.
