Rimmingtons of Bitchfield Lincolnshire

I have been asked to do my brother in laws tree a few months ago, however I am now stuck. The person I am problems with is Edmund Rimmington christened 24th May 1795 in Bitchfield, I think I have some of his ancestors but it is wife Elizabeth.  I need her surname  and date of marriage plus their children as I have only found one Eliza born 1831.  So can anyone point me in the right direction please.
