I haven't subscribed to find my past. Frankleigh Park is a suburb, not a small area. I have looked for half a year to find this, I'm not quite sure what kind of New Zealand websites there are?

https://archives.govt.nz/search-the-archive/researching/research-guides/land/searching-land-records

includes: 'We hold very few Land Transfer act records (sometimes referred to as Certificate of Title records) as these records are held by Land Information New Zealand.'

Thank you! I Also have Charles Chatterton, grandfather of Arthur who lived in Louth, Lincolnshire in the early 1800s, I would like to find his exact address if possible?

Houses did not often have exact addresses in the early 1800s.

Yes, there will be deeds etc, but if you are trying to associate a person with a specific parcel of land or house that they were renting, highly unlikely.

Is he the only Charles Chatterton living in Louth then - there is one in East Theddlethorpe, a farmer, in the 1849 Post Office Directory - if that address is good enough for them.....
