Can someone please help with the attached?

"Testamentary Expenses and ? to be paid by my....."  It is probably standard legal wording but it's not one that I have seen before.

All Census Look Ups Are Crown Copyright from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Brilliant.  I thought it started with S and there was a g in there, but couldn't combine the two. 

Thank you.  With all the help I've had on here I think I'm getting better at reading old writing but there's still some that I get hung up on.

Thank you Jen.  Yes it would be Legacies as further on he refers to the farm left to him by his Uncle.  They were certainly not short of a bob or two  :)
