Interesting observation Crisane, thanks for your input, very helpful.  I'm virtually lipless too, although my OH would disagree and say I was still "Lippy" in a different context though

Never let our OH's meet to compare notes. I am known as 'handbrake' to my OH's friends. Yep, inclined to strongly deter them from proceeding with their latest mad scheme or delivering items large and small discarded by others, to our/their large shed.
Gadget  you have peaked my curiosity so instead of doing Christmas cards I am looking through piles of old photos. Oh dear.

It's clearly the same woman: identical ears.

Carol, the fading in this photo gives parts of it an almost silhouette-like effect so, for a bit of fun, I continued that theme in doing my restore.

When I first looked at the photo, I only saw the left hand side and the nurse's nose. I couldn't see a similarity there

It's either her or a very close relative. Those same cupid's bow lips 

ps - chin slightly longer but could be the way she's smiling.
