Sister of Elizabeth was Dorothy Isabel Erskine/King - Passed away in her 90th year on 23 April 2012.

Canada Voters list 1945 - shows James, Isabelle, Dorothy (student) and Elizabeth Erskine (student) - living at 184 Beaverbrook Street Winnipeg.

Elizabeth and Dorothy do not appear with the parents on the 1949 voters list.

Winnipeg Free Press - 21 September 1949

Mr and Mrs Jack Gillap are now residing in Toronto following their wedding on 30 August at St Nicholas Church Toronto.  Mrs Gillap is the former Elizabeth Erskine daughter of Mr and Mrs J Erskine of Winnipeg and the bridegroom the son of Mr and Mrs J Gillap, St Catherines, Ontario.

Rev Jack W Gillap - with photograph

Rev. Gillap was born in Dunnville, Ontario in 1920, and received his early schooling there and in St. Catherines. He went overseas in 1939 with the Royal Canadian Artillery in World War II. He received a commission in England in 1943, then served as a Lieutenant in Italy and north-west Europe until the end of the war.

Mr. Gillap worked for a consulting engineering company in Toronto and was married to Elizabeth (Betty) Erskine in 1949........etc etc
