I have a Mary SOMERS or SUMMERS born in Liverpool and I'm struggling to pin down a baptism and wondered if anyone could help?

Mary's estimated year of birth changes from source to source;
(not found Mary in 1841)
Jan 51 marriage to Nicholas DYNAN, age "full"
Mar 51 census, age 20 c. 1831
Feb 61 marriage to Jonathan BRADLEY, age 31 c. 1830
Apr 61 census, age 31 c. 1830
71 census, age 42 c. 1829
81 census, age 50 c. 1831
91 census, age 59 c. 1832
01 census, age 69 c. 1832
02 death registration, age 70 c. 1832

On Mary's 51 Bolton marriage cert. she lists her father as James SUMMERS, soldier
On Mary's 61 Prestwich marriage cert. she lists her father as James SOMERS, farmer

I must admit I've not looked very thoroughly for him.

Not knowing James' place/year of birth or residence led to a lack of thoroughness on my part.

I've not been able to rule this baptism in or out.

Mary married twice and both marriages were in the Church of England (as were the baptisms of her own children). But I don't think this fact, in and of itself, is enough to rule a catholic baptism out...

Yes. Mary's first husband, Nicholas Dynan, c. 1820 - 1854 was born in Ireland (which could add weight to the catholic baptism - good thinking!).

I've nothing in 41 either

Ancestry hints to a James Somers lodger in 1851 but it doesn't say soldier or farmer.

He is from Ireland age 52 married living Toxteth Park Liverpool

Head of household Mary Therdon 40 also from Ireland plus 5 other lodgers
