Marriage: Robert Turner & Elizabeth 'Betty' - Bishops Lydeard
« on: Saturday 12 December 20 00:24 GMT (UK) »
Hello,

I can't seem to find a marriage between a Robert Turner and an Elizabeth who I think goes by Betty as well. I think I have all their children, all baptised in Bishops Lydeard.

John - 1774
Robert - 1776
Mary - 1778
Betty - 1780
Ann - 1782
Thomas - 1786
Jane - 1791

I also think I have their deaths and when they were born.

Robert Turner I believe died in 1831 Bishops Lydeard. Which also lists his birth as around 1744. So then I think I found his baptism in 1845 Ash Priors, to a John & Joane (Joan/Jane).

Elizabeth I think died in 1836 Bishops Lydeard. Which also lists her birth as 1749.

But unfortunately I can't find a marriage to hopefully get Elizabeth's maiden name.

Thanks for reading.

That okay, it's good to know someone was thinking along the same lines for the baptism.

ps: looked at possible siblings, it's definitely John & Joan.
