Alice or Allice Weymark born Q4 1846 Westham, Sussex, England in Chile?

The above was a daughter of Edward Weymark 1807-1887 and Mary Coleman 1807-1897 and went off my radar after 1861 in Brighton. Another tree owner on Anc shows that she married a William Williams and had children with him in Valpariso, Chile as they all appear on the 1891 census in 7 Princes Rd, Brighton; William is recorded as aged 60 and born Ludlow, Salop and a gardener.
I found births on FindMyPast for 2 children Arabella Phoebe O and Edith Maria Williams born Valpariso but not the other 2, Edward bc 1876 and Ellen bc 1871. I guess it's possible but I can't find their marriage and thought that he presumably must have been in the forces to have got to Chile?

 All sorts of reasons to go to Chile to settle. Mining was developing ( my distant family involved), commerce (which would fit with Valparaiso), farming, the guano trade.

Are there any other sightings of William on UK census, perhaps with a different occupation?

Or the family on a passenger list returning to the UK which may show his occupation and shed some light.

How does one get a certificate from the GRO for overseas births, I've searched the indices and nothing comes up?
According to the 1939 Register she was a retired Salvation Army officer born7 Jul 1881 and appears to have married Edward Malpas in 1926 at Barnet.

When you first go into the GRO site, select place an order,  you will see there is an option for overseas registered births.  Use the details you have from FindMyPast and just place the order.
