The name ULYET/ULYETT in Cuckney, Notts.

I am tracing the ULYETT name back from my line and have got to William and Mary (born circa 1760), they had children (George 1784, Ann 1780 & Susanna 1782 - are there any more?) in Cuckney who were baptised at St Marys church.  Can anyone assist with any information on William please, or where to find it. Marriage, parents etc.

I currently use Ancestry.com and cannot get any further.

This may not be the correct marriage but a William Ulyet married Mary Simpson at St Mary's Priory Worksop in 1778. This is a transcription on Find My Past -- no more details given, such as abodes etc.

There were 2 more children baptised on the same date 15 Aug 1784 both at St Mary's Worksop - Henry and Mary - the transcription does not indicate they were twins, nor when they were actually born.

Parents William and Mary Ulyet.

Have you tried Family Search -- it's free, but you need to register. Loads and loads of Worldwide records on there. Also FreeReg
