Have you checked on www.familysearch.org?  Looks like Eliza was born in Essex

GRO online shows no Smith/Coe births to 1851 but Family Search has 2 x 1851 entries in Hampshire which depend on where and when Henry was born

I not sure that the COE family in North Benfleet in 1841 is the right one. I found this,

then 1/2 a mile away from North Benfleet,

but I can't find this couple after this.

We need to know which of the Smith/Coe children is your ancestor as GRO online has no Smith/Coe births in Hampshire up to 1855.  So did they move or not have any children?

1861 has an entry which shows Eliza Smith b Benfleet - no children

Suggest you use family search and decide which of the entries match what you know.  The 1851 & 1861 entries in Hampshire are easily found

Victoria really needs to clarify Henry's details to determine which of the 1851 entries are correct

One shows Henry as 26 but Eliza as 48?   One child age 4 & marriage was 1847

The other entry Henry is 26 & Eliza 27   This couple are found in 1861 & as no children were born to them we need to know where they fit into her FH
