Zoar Chapel Neath

Hello, can anyone direct me to a site where I can view the original parish records for the Zoar Chapel in Neath?  In particular, for the period around 1856.

I have a marriage certificate (attached) which I think shows 'Zoar Chapel Neath' as the location for my ancestors' marriage, but it also says that the Minister's name was John Matthews.  According to what I have read, the Minister at the time was Charles Williams (1853-1888).

Not sure if this helps but this site mentions Rev John Matthews in relation to the Chapel https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/GLA/Neath/Chapels

As it was not part of the established church, the registers are technically not parish ones. The registers from Maesyrhaf are at WGAS, Swansea.

Article in Welsh - bio of the late Charles Williams in newspaper dated 15 Jun 1877. He was born in 1825 near Neath and died in Cardiff on 5th of the month from inflammation of the lungs following a heavy cold. He was a faithful deacon at Mount Stuart Church.  The writer believed he had been accepted as a member at Zoar Chapel by the late Rev. Daniel Griffiths. He was a faithful deacon in Zoar for 15 years and in Mount Stuart for 8 years, but he died. (you can do the maths!)

He was conveyed to Neath and buried in Llangatwg, and John Mathews attended his funeral. reciting an old verse as as they let the station.
