Luiza in 1841 could be this birth:

Amelia Wheeler mmn Ward  September quarter 1838 in Banbury

Added:
The baptism appears to be in May, 1840, so rather a delay between birth and baptism.

In the 1851 census, right next door to James Wheeler, widowed, blacksmith, age 55, is James Wheeler with wife Lucy, age 32, a whitesmith.

This could be the oldest son, born around 1819/1818 in Banbury.

Added:
James Wheeler, son of James (a blacksmith) and Charlotte, of Newland, was baptised July 9th, 1820.

Added:
Going through the baptism register the next child appears to be Mary Ann, baptised August 10th 1825.

The family was living at Newland when she was baptised - that was the address given.  It is more specific than Banbury for help in identification.

It is common usage and has nothing to do with royalty.
