Luiza in 1841 could be this birth:

Amelia Wheeler mmn Ward  September quarter 1838 in Banbury

Added:
The baptism appears to be in May, 1840, so rather a delay between birth and baptism.

In the 1851 census, right next door to James Wheeler, widowed, blacksmith, age 55, is James Wheeler with wife Lucy, age 32, a whitesmith.

This could be the oldest son, born around 1819/1818 in Banbury.

Added:
James Wheeler, son of James (a blacksmith) and Charlotte, of Newland, was baptised July 9th, 1820.

Added:
Going through the baptism register the next child appears to be Mary Ann, baptised August 10th 1825.

The family was living at Newland when she was baptised - that was the address given.  It is more specific than Banbury for help in identification.

It is common usage and has nothing to do with royalty.

James Wheeler, bachelor, otp, married Charlotte Ward, spinster, otp, by banns, 27 Nov 1815, James x, Charlot (as written) signed, witnessed by William Wheeler and William Arne, St Mary Banbury

Children baptised to them as follows...
James 18 Oct 1816, buried 8 Sept 1819 age 3, (of Newland)
Mary Ann 12 Jul 1818, buried 22 Sept 1819, age 1 1/2 (of Newland)
James 9 Jul 1820 (of Newland)
Sarah 18 Apr 1823, buried June 1827 age 4 (of Newland)
Mary Ann 10 Aug 1825 (of Newland) married Daniel Robinson in 1864 (her address then Fish Street)
Richard 3 Oct 1827, died age 13 weeks ( of Newland)
Richard 22 Feb 1829 of Newland, died 1855, aged 27, of Broad Street (in 1851 he is a Smith lodging in Birmingham)
Sarah 18 Mar 1831, of Newland
Elizabeth 1 Jan 1834, of Newland, married Joseph Ladds in 1854 (her address then Cherwell Street)
Emily 2 Mar 1836, of Broad Street
Amelia Louisa (b.1838) 10May 1840, Broad Street

Charlotte (Ward) died 1847, aged 47, of Broad Street
James Wheeler, died 1855, aged 60, of Cherwell Street

Charlotte is most likely the daughter of James and Elizabeth, baptised 28 Apr 1801, Bloxham
James Ward married Elizabeth Gulliman, 21 Nov 1796, Bloxham.

I cannot see an obvious baptism for James Wheeler in Banbury, but I would look for William Wheeler who witnessed his marriage, or a possible Richard Wheeler as two sons were named as such.

It looks like James was a naughty boy....

Baptised 26 May 1816 Banbury St Mary was Elizabeth Izzard, d/o Jemima Izzard and James Wheeler, blacksmith of Newland. (James and Charlotte were married in the same church seven months earlier).

My understanding is that James would have needed to be present at the baptism to be names as the father in the register. I’m sure someone much more knowledgeable can clarify this?

Jemima Izzard was baptised 1795 in Wardington, d/o John and Ann and then married the wonderfully names Prussian Compton in 1818 in Banbury.

Elizabeth Izzard/Wheeler appears to have married the elderly Edmund Chillingworth some time around 1832 (Edmund would have been about 64 and poor Elizabeth about only 17!)

I can’t find the marriage but the following children are baptised to Edmund, a plasterer and slater in Deddington ...
William Edmund 1833
Edgar 1834
Ralph 1836 (d. 1836)

Edmund Wheeler, age 69, buried 30 Jul 1837.

Elizabeth Chillingworth, widow, (father crossed out and written in place is “mother Jemima Izzard”) married Thomas Penn, 29 Aug 1837, Deddington. A local paper reported the marriage and noted that Elizabeth was the “widow of Mr Chillingworth of Deddington who was interred last ult.”

In 1804 Edmund Chillingworth married a Frances Izzard in Deddington and a Frances Chillingworth, age 49, was buried in Deddington in 1825. So perhaps there was a family relationship between Elizabeth Izzard/Wheeler and Edmund Chillingworth beyond marriage?
