Did Annie MEAKIN have a middle name Jemima and did she marry a James William Owen?

The reason I ask is there's a 1905 marriage in Debyshire
father name Charles Meakin occ labour and one witness is Charles JOHNSON

1860 Louisa Married Charles Tinklin  He passed away 1868

1871 census saw her children in Hereford Workhouse  not sure where Louisa was cannot find her in this Census

1881 Census Louisa is in Derby with two of her remaining children Abraham Charles and a Mary Diana
Their surname is now given as Johnson   

Not sure if this census was added not that it helps I can't find her either on 1871 census

Having studied all this wonderful information that members have supplied I feel that the mother of this grandchild Alice Meakin is or was in fact  Aretha Matilda as given in in 1871 census under the surname of Tinklin,
Like the rest of the family they changed their names for some reason when they left Hereford and took the name of Johnson,
Looking at it from the members point of view do you think this is a possibility,  Still trying to find a marriage for Louisa Tinklin / Evans to a Charles Johnson
