Strong possibility below from the Belfast Telegraph of 5 April 1945:

DEWART - April 4, 1945, at the District Hospital, Lisburn, DORCAS DEWART (late of Tullynore, Hillsborough). Funeral from above hospital tomorrow (Friday), at 2pm., to Annahilt Presbyterian Churchyard. -Deeply regretted.

The GRONI website has a Lisburn death registration for a Dorothy Dewart who died on 4 April 1945 at a reported age of 68, the record is pay to view.

In case you don’t have them, PRONI has a couple of probate files for your family. Abstracts as follows:

Probate of the Will of John Dewart late of Tullynore County Down Farmer who died 10 May 1896 granted at Belfast to James Morrison of Edenticullo said County and George Scott of Tullymore Farmers.

The above will is on-line and mentions his sons George & Joseph.

Administration of the Estate of George Dewart late of Tullynore Hillsborough County Down Farmer who died 28 November 1914 granted at Belfast to Agnes Dewart the Widow

Dewart George of Tullynore Hillsborough county Down farmer died 28 November 1914 Administration (d.b.n.) Belfast 16 January 1951 to William Dewart shoemaker. Unadministered effects Nil. Registered Land £140. Former Grant 2 August 1916 D.R. Belfast.

George Dewart died intestate. His widow was appointed executrix but evidently did not complete the task (dbn means de bonis non administrates - a term used if the executor dies or is otherwise unable to complete the task). This apparently went un-noticed for 37 years, probably until some descendant wanted to sell some land and found that it wasn't in his or her name, at which point  a new executor was appointed.
