Initially I thought 'Old legs and General Debility'!! No I thought!

Now think it MAY be 'Old age and general debility' -- but how old was the person at death please?
Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

We must admit though, it looks like 'Old Legs and General Debility' -- like Mckha that was what I first thought, before realising that a person couldn't just have 'Old Legs' -- the rest of them must have been 'old' also!!

Old Age ... exactly so.

The older style of longhand can be tricking you ... but that is definately a Capital A ... it is not lower case le  and clearly that's a 'g'  and the third letter is not an 's' ... it is an 'e'' ... see the second letter of debility.

That capital A ... I was taught that as a child...  the e as 3 in reverse  ...  I was taught that too.... I was born 1947.  That style of handwriting was still taught in 1960s in New South Wales, Australia.  ... as an aside, in my handwriting, my capital Q looks like the number 2...
