Hello,
I am looking for the name of any Dept. of Veterans Affairs-style agency in Germany- that serves Veterans seeking Postwar treatment of their wounds, etc.; My Grandfather Sgt. Paul Ernst Kaess (1921-2002) served in the German Army in WWII and I am looking for his postwar medical records. I already have his wartime medical file from Deutsche Dienststelle, now I am looking for his post war stuff.
Any leads would be great.
