Tonary Clones

I wonder if someone can help me.  I have seen people who were residing in somewhere called Tonary in the region of Clones.  I have looked on old maps and can't find any mention.

I see an 1841 newspaper reference to 'Drummullin & Tonary' in the parish of Aughabog in County Monaghan, so I'm going to speculate that it was a.k.a. the townland of Tinary (east of Drummullan)..:

I also see two 1839 newspaper references to: 1. a James Allen; and 2. a William McKeldon, both residing in the townland of Tonary in the parish of Aughabog, both names read across to the Griffith's Valuation listing for the townland of Tinary in the parish of Aghabog (a James Allen and William McCaldin are shown among others, the local print date was 1861):

The relevant tithe applotment book entries of 1833 show several Allens and a William McKeldon (among others) in the townland of Tinnary in the parish of Aghabog:

In the 1901 and 1911 Ireland censuses, Tinary falls under Killeevan District Electoral Division:

Just out of interest to see one example of how the place names were being recorded for civil registration purposes, I noticed the following 1859 marriage of a Jane McCaldin, daughter of William McCaldin, the marriage took place in Newbliss Presbyterian Church in the parish of Ahabog, Jane's address was Tonary (the groom was from Drummullan):

So now reasonably optimistic that Tonary is one and the same as Tinary.

It's definitely the right place as I've seen Tonnary, Aughbog next to a residence on a baptism record.  Thank you Gaffy for your help.
