Thanks everyone,  I managed to sort it, cropped it to 10x8. . Then had to trim white borders after printing  from the A4 paper to fit the frame.
I used the online Adobe site first and then double checked both images to make sure. :)

Glad you finally sorted it but I still don't understand why you couldn't get the full A4 print.  As I said, I was able to print a full size on A4 paper with no problem by just using my printer software.

I think it is probably a printer/software problem.
