This may be Mrs Cupples in 1901:

Elizabeth Cupples 50 head b. Ireland
Mary Jane Devine 24 boarder b. Port Glasgow
Agnes Devine 42 boarder b. Port Glasgow
Adam Farr 28 Ship Yard Lab boarder b. Port Glasgow
David Devine 1 boarder b. Port Glasgow

Address: 26 Lyons Lane, Port Glasgow

26 Lyons Lane is where Mrs Cupples shows in 1901. Were the Devine boarders connected to Francis?

Monica, Yes, They are related. Agnes was the sister of Francis. Mary Jane was the daughter of Agnes and David was the son of Mary Jane.
