Hi Sue I'm just looking over your comments and thanks very much for those!  I have a Mary Madeline MOLLOY marrying an ISAC HENRY WELLS in Dubbo 1860

1863 Madeline E born to Isac H and Mary M in Forbes

1864 Isaac H dies in Wellington

1866 James Wells marries a MARY A L Wells in Wellington.

1940 From Trove an Isaac Henry Wells dies.  Son of Mary (Molloy) and James Wells. There seems to be about 7/8 children for this marriage.  Wow complicated isn't it!  Will be fun trying to track down all these kids!  Many thanks Dianna

Yes, As I said, the younger Isaac Henry WELLS was named after his father's dead brother.
The man who was also his mother's first husband. He remained in the WELLINGTON area

Hi Everyone
Just a little update re this:-

NSW birth
MOLLOY MARGARET
2604/1844 V18442604 162B
parents JOHN & ANN

Ancestry has this birth in Bathurst, Kelso (County of Bathurst).

I just received this baptism from a wonderful staff member at the Bathurst Library.  It is a little bit hard to make it out BUT definitely the parents are listed as JOHN MOLLOY and ANN DALEY.  I will try and paste the baptism here, maybe others will be able to make it out.  Now I'm not sure but it may say for ABODE Montifiores (hoping/guessing) as this is where John MOLLOY married Hannah/Johanna McKenna in 1851.  Now for Johns Quality of Profession, I'm lost cannot make head nor tail of it.  Still digging around as you can see.  Too much fun not too.  Hope everyone is well.  Kinest regards Dianna

 :)

Does it give a denomination or perhaps name of the clergyman  :)  and if RC, does it name the Sponsors/Godparents?  Wellington would have been on the clergy's circuit out of Bathurst, so it makes good sense to me.

Yes thanks JM Catholic is the denomination.  Wonder where to go from here LOL at least it is something I guess.  Matches up (I hope) with the couple that came on the "Brothers" as immigrants in  1841, wife Anne DALEY/Y.   Regards Dianna

Yes to Montefiores for the Abode.

Scribble for the Profession  :'(  :'(  :'(   Two Words ... first could be Merchant, second could four letters ... could be too much scribble to guess.
