The new stick vacuums also can be used as a small handheld. We have an early handheld - almost all the components have been replaced over the years. We were told they no longer support it so if anything else goes wrong, that’s the end of it sadly.

Very interesting reading as always.
I am a rubbish cook, but something that always goes down well is a red cabbage salad.
I shred some in the food processor, with apple, carrot and beetroot, and sometimes throw in a small handful of dried fruit.
You can fine chop or grate, and use whatever ratio of stuff.
Always different, and always tasty imo.
BORCHARDT in Poland/Germany, BOSKOWITZ in Czechoslovakia, Hungary + Austria, BUSS in Baden, Germany + Switzerland, FEKETE in Hungary + Austria, GOTTHILF in Hammerstein + Berlin, GUBLER, GYSI, LABHARDT & RYCHNER in Switzerland, KONIG & KRONER in Germany, PLACZEK, WUNSCH & SILBERBERG in Poland.

Also: ROWSE in Brixham, Tenby, Hull & Ramsgate. Strongman, in Falmouth. Champion. Coke. Eame/s. Gibbons. Passmore. Pulsever. Sparkes in Brixham & Ramsgate. Toms in Cornwall. Waymoth. Wyatt.

MH - I think your red cabbage salad sounds delicious too.. I’m a big fan of grated most things adding nuts, dried fruits etc then adding usually a balsamic vinegar dressing...

Ruskie - balsamic vinegar is one of the things that Farrington Oils do too.... not sure they’ll be an outlet in Oz though...
