Blue Ball Cottage, Norland. Crease removal please?

Hi can anyone help removing the crease from this photo? My sister lives there now and would like to frame it. Also can anyone date it? Not much to go except the chap at the gate?

Repaired, and as you are going to print it off and frame it I've done it Black and White and Sepia, your choice, cheers, Ian

I've retained the original tones but have found that my restored version of the same size is 1.4mb. I don't want to compress it, so if you would like a copy of the full size, can you PM me an e-mail.
