Indeed. It’s really annoying! There’s more information about his parents online, but again it goes a bit sparse any further backwards.

  Not having Huguenot ancestors, I am not an expert, but I believe there are a lot of records and various societies. Have you tried these? As I mentioned earlier there has always been a Huguenot chapel in Canterbury Cathedral.
