Could anyone help me understand this document? I don't fully understand the abbreviations on these docs.

Thanks

I have not come across the numbers across the bottom of the entry but they are almost certainly an administrative entries that have no real significance.

The remainder is the record of his attestation in 1940 when he was allocate the service number 1113105.  The other entry records his discharge in 1942 unfit for further service.  KR 390 is the paragraph of Kings Regulations governing discharges, xvi being the sub-para relating to fitness.  Only his record will show what the problem was.

I am Zoe Northeast, granddaughter of Maximilian Double.

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

With deep sadness,
Zoe
