The marriage by licence for John Dugar and Ann Arnfield was 10.11.1744 at St Martins Birmingham.
Ann was from this parish; John was from the parish of Wednesbury.
Ann was age 29 and single.
John was age 29 and a widower.

I have not yet found a record for his previous marriage - it may not have been in Warwickshire.

It is possible his first wife was Ann. There are 3 baptisms for children with parents John and Ann Dugar between 1733 and 1739 in Kidderminster, which is not too far from Birmingham.

did you notice on the marriage record on Familysearch it says John Dugar born 1715 Wednesbury ,Staffordshire - which County is Kidderminster in ?...I seen the 3 baptisms to John and Anne in Kidderminster - one was Gilbert Dugar - quite a rare name - I wonder if it is worth trying to find someone who has a tree with Gilbert Dugar in it ??

Indeed Kidderminster is in Worcestershire - however only 17 miles to Birmingham which is in Warwickshire, and about the same distance to Wednesbury which is in Staffordshire. I would suggest you broaden your search beyond just Birmingham and Warwickshire.
